Order Terms
These terms summarize the booking, payment, cancellation, fulfillment, and food-handling policies for OH SHE BAKES custom orders.
Booking and payment
Orders of $100 or less are paid in full at booking. Orders over $100 require a nonrefundable booking payment equal to 50% of the total. For orders paid in full at booking, 50% is treated as the nonrefundable booking portion. Any remaining balance is due five calendar days before pickup or arranged delivery.
Cancellations and credit
For cancellations received at least five calendar days before fulfillment, amounts paid above the nonrefundable booking portion may be issued as a one-time order credit. Credit expires six months after issuance and has no cash value. Cancellations made fewer than five calendar days before fulfillment are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Changes
Requested changes are subject to availability, design feasibility, ingredients, timing, and additional charges. Changes are not guaranteed after final approval or within five calendar days of fulfillment.
Pickup, arranged delivery, and acceptance
OH SHE BAKES offers local pickup and arranged delivery; shipping is not available. Delivery availability and any fee are confirmed in the proposal. Responsibility for proper handling transfers to the customer upon pickup or accepted delivery. The customer or authorized recipient should inspect the order at handoff and promptly identify any visible issue.
The Chilled Collection
Items in The Chilled Collection require refrigeration and product-specific handling. Customers must follow all provided storage, temperature, transport, and serving instructions.
Allergens and dietary adaptations
Products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. Dairy-free or other adaptations are prepared with care but are not guaranteed free from trace contact unless expressly stated in writing. Customers are responsible for communicating relevant allergies before booking and sharing allergen information with guests.
Texas cottage food disclosure
OH SHE BAKES operates as a Texas cottage food production operation. Products are produced in a private residence that is not inspected by a local health department or the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Creative variation
Each cake is made by hand. Minor variations in color, placement, proportion, and natural materials are part of custom work and do not constitute a defect.
